1
Online Booking & Cancellations
We request that you try to book your appointments on-line when possible. We will try our best to have your appointment booked with your usual physician, but if we are unable to accommodate your booking, another physician will happily see you to address any of your health concerns.

All appointments require 24 hour notification to cancel. This policy applies to same day and urgent appointments as well. If you do not do cancel within this time, you will be charged $40 for a missed regular appointment and $80 for longer appointments. If you have any questions regarding this policy, please don't hesitate to ask our friendly Medical Office Staff.
2
Urgent / Same Day Appointments
At Full Circle Family Practice we offer same day appointments for urgent health concerns. These appointment can be booked online or you can call our clinic to talk to one of our Medical Office Staff. These appointments open up ONLY within 24 hours of their start time.

Uninsured or Patient Out-Of Pocket Fees
Even if a BC resident is insured under the Medical Services Plan (MSP) and/or other affiliated medical plans (i.e. Blue Cross, Sun Life, etc.), not all services provided by a doctor are covered. These services are considered not medically required and are billed directly to the patient. Patients are encouraged to speak with their doctor regarding the fee(s) for the non-MSP-insured service requested and if needed, to work out a payment plan.
